Non scholae sed vitae discimus
It is the process of exchanging information, feelings and thoughts between one person to another via verbal or non-verbal methods.

This is something we do every day and yet, we make the most frequent communication mistakes here. For example, unconscious and unintended motives, ambiguous meanings, inappropriate non-verbal messages, or non-empathetic responses.

In this training, participants will first focus on the basics such as politeness strategies and emotional intelligence. Later we will learn how to control of our vocal pitch and tone, which alters the perception of what we say. We will also be learning body language and how specific signs can encourage a conversation as much as create an untimely end.

In more advanced versions of the course, participants will learn how to profile an individual. Profiling allows us to make calculated judgements about the personality and character of another person. This is especially helpful in negotiations.
